You can file for emergency bankruptcy if need be. This process could be necessary if you need an automatic stay to be set with immediate effect. You can file by filling the form 1 Voluntary petition, the mailing matrix and Form 21- Statement of Social Security Number. Some courts required other documents.(You would need to verify with your local court jurisdiction). Your documents would be processed, however you are required to fill the rest of the required documents for a regular bankruptcy within 14 days. If you don’t fill out the documents within 14 days, your case will be dismissed.
